Anlegerversammlung genehmigt alle Antr\u00e4ge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Anlegerversammlung der Patrimonium Anlagestiftung genehmigt alle Antr\u00e4ge des Stiftungsrates<\/strong>: Die 10. ordentliche Anlegerversammlung der Patrimonium Anlagestiftung vom 26. Mai 2021 fand in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit der Covid-19-Verordnung 3 ohne physische Anwesenheit der Anleger statt. Die Anleger hatten die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Stimmen schriftlich mit einer Vollmacht an den unabh\u00e4ngigen Stimmrechtsvertreter oder an die Anlagestiftung auszu\u00fcben. Alle Antr\u00e4ge des Stiftungsrates wurden angenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Jahresbericht und die Jahresrechnung f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020 wurden genehmigt und dem Stiftungsrat, der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung und dem Anlagekomitee der Anlagegruppe Wohnimmobilien Schweiz die Entlastung erteilt. Die vollst\u00e4ndig zur Wiederwahl angetretenen Mitglieder des Stiftungsrates (Yves Cuendet, Daniel Heine, Beat R\u00f6thlisberger, Christoph Syz, Alfred Theiler, Christoph Vock) wurden f\u00fcr eine Amtsdauer bis zur n\u00e4chsten ordentlichen Anlegerversammlung in ihrem Amt best\u00e4tigt. Als Revisionsstelle wurde BDO Z\u00fcrich f\u00fcr ein weiteres Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr wiedergew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Antragsstellung der revidierten Statuten an die Oberaufsichtskommission OAK BV sowie das revidierte Stiftungsreglement wurden von der Anlegerversammlung genehmigt. Mit der Revision der Statuten, die noch von der Oberaufsichtskommission OAK BV genehmigt werden muss und dem revidierten Stiftungsreglement werden die Bestimmungen aus der ASV-Revision vom 21.
