CHF 80 bis 100 Mio. durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das zus\u00e4tzliche Kapital soll f\u00fcr den Zukauf von Bestandesliegenschaften, den Ausbau des Portfolios durch Umbau- und Entwicklungsprojekte sowie die Optimierung der Finanzierungsquote verwendet werden.
