Der Bericht bietet einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber den Stand und die Fortschritte der ESG-Aktivit\u00e4ten des Unternehmens im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2024. Im Mittelpunkt steht der CO\u2082- Absenkungspfad in den Immobilienportfolios \u2013 ein zentraler Bestandteil der langfristigen Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Jahr 2024 konnte Patrimonium wesentliche Fortschritte bei der Integration von ESG-Kriterien in alle Anlageklassen erzielen. Dazu z\u00e4hlen die aktive Dekarbonisierung im Immobilienbereich, Investitionen in nachhaltige Infrastruktur sowie die konsequente Ber\u00fccksichtigung von ESG-Aspekten in den Due-Diligence- und Monitoring-Prozessen im Bereich Private Credit und Private Equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Bericht umfasst unter anderem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber ESG-Leitprinzipien und strategische Priorit\u00e4ten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Integration von ESG-Faktoren in Investment-, Risiko- und Portfoliomanagementprozesse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevante ESG-Kennzahlen in den Bereichen Umwelt, Soziales und Governance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fallbeispiele aus den Anlageklassen Immobilien, Private Credit, Private Equity und Infrastruktur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Anerkennung der ESG-Initiativen konnte Patrimonium 2024 seine Bewertung im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unpri.org\/\">UN PRI-Assessment<\/a> verbessern. In den Anlageklassen<a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.patrimonium.ch\/de\/asset-classes\/private-credit\"> Private Credit <\/a>und <a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.patrimonium.ch\/de\/asset-classes\/infrastructure\">Infrastruktur <\/a>wurde die <strong>H\u00f6chstnote von 5 von 5 Sternen <\/strong>erzielt. <a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.patrimonium.ch\/de\/asset-classes\/real-estate\">Real Estate<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.patrimonium.ch\/de\/asset-classes\/private-equity\">Private Equity<\/a> wurden mit <strong>4 von 5 Sternen<\/strong> bewertet. Alle Ergebnisse liegen \u00fcber dem UN PRI Median.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem Beitritt zu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sustainablefinance.ch\/\">Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF)<\/a> unterstreicht Patrimonium zudem sein Engagement f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung eines verantwortungsvollen Finanzplatzes Schweiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dekarbonisierung im Bestand \u2013 ESG mit Wirkung<\/strong><br>Auf die schrittweise Reduktion der CO\u2082-Emissionen im Immobilienbestand wurde ein Schwerpunkt gelegt. In Zusammenarbeit mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signa-terre.ch\/index.html\">Signa-Terre<\/a> wurde ein datenbasierter Absenkungspfad entwickelt. Ziel ist es, durch Sanierungen und energieeffiziente Modernisierungen die Energiekennwerte der Liegenschaften zu verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der b\u00f6rsenkotierte <a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox.patrimonium.ch\/de\/investment-solutions\/swiss-real-estate-fund\">Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund<\/a> (SIX: PSREF) wird auf Basis der 2024er-Daten 2025 erstmals am<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gresb.com\/nl-en\/?utm_source=Patrimonium+Internal+-+ALL&amp;utm_campaign=837e6b82b4-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2025_07_25_12_39&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_-837e6b82b4-623861464\"> GRESB-Rating<\/a> teilnehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich werden erstmals Mieterbefragungen durchgef\u00fchrt, um <strong>soziale Aspekte<\/strong> noch gezielter in das Immobilienmanagement einzubeziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Durch gezielte Sanierungen und energieeffiziente Modernisierungen steigern wir die Klimastabilit\u00e4t unserer Liegenschaften.
