August 2019 gab die VTG AG (“VTG”), Westeuropas gr\u00f6\u00dfter privater Eigent\u00fcmer und Betreiber von G\u00fcterwaggons, bekannt, dass sie eine 45%-ige Beteiligung an einem Schweizer Unternehmen, der Prio S.A. (“Prio”) erworben hat. Prio beabsichtigt eine betr\u00e4chtliche Anzahl von G\u00fcterwaggons zu kaufen, die anschliessend von der VTG verwaltet und an Blue Chip Industrieunternehmen in ganz Europa vermietet werden sollen.
