September bis 18. September 2019, 12:00 Uhr (MEZ) eine Kapitalerh\u00f6hung von CHF 70 Mio. durch. Neunzehn bisherige Anteile berechtigen zum Bezug von zwei neuen Anteilen. Total werden maximal 512\u2019814 neue Anteile ausgegeben. Der Ausgabepreis per Liberierung betr\u00e4gt CHF 136.74.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die am 14. Juni 2019 angek\u00fcndigte Kapitalerh\u00f6hung wird im September durchgef\u00fchrt. Neunzehn (19) bisherige Anteile berechtigen zum Bezug von zwei (2) neuen Anteilen zum Ausgabepreis von CHF 136.74. Der Ausgabepreis wurde gem\u00e4ss Fondsvertrag festgelegt und beruht auf dem Nettoinventarwert per 31. M\u00e4rz 2019 (nach Aussch\u00fcttung) von CHF 131.19 je Anteil, zuz\u00fcglich der aufgelaufenen bzw. budgetierten Ertr\u00e4ge bis zum 27. September 2019 und inklusive einer Ausgabekommission zugunsten der Fondsleitung, der Depotbank und \/ oder der Vertriebstr\u00e4ger von 2.00%. Die Sch\u00e4tzungen der Liegenschaften wurden per Jahresabschluss 31. M\u00e4rz 2019 von den unabh\u00e4ngigen Sch\u00e4tzungsexperten aktualisiert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Emission wird kommissionsweise (\u201ebest-effort basis\u201c) im Rahmen eines \u00f6ffentlichen Bezugsrechtsangebots durchgef\u00fchrt. Ein offizieller Bezugsrechtshandel findet vom 4. September bis zum 16. September 2019 an der SIX Swiss Exchange AG statt. Nicht gezeichnete Anteile werden allenfalls nicht emittiert, wodurch sich der Emissionsbetrag ver\u00e4ndern kann. Die Liberierung der neuen Anteile erfolgt per 27. September 2019.
