Patrimonium Private Equity, seul actionnaire majoritaire de H\u00fcbner Oberfl\u00e4chentechnik GmbH, continue, apr\u00e8s la fusion, \u00e0 d\u00e9tenir la majorit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le dans la nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Tous les associ\u00e9s actuels conserveront aussi leurs participations. Cette fusion est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d\u2019une alliance percutante, qui sera un partenaire encore plus puissant pour ses clients. La nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sera rebaptis\u00e9e H\u00fcbner KTB et sera dirig\u00e9e par les deux directeurs actuels de KTB, Lars Wiegmann et Carsten Brockmann.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette fusion de H\u00fcbner et de KTB donne naissance \u00e0 un nouvel acteur du march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fort qui offrira encore plus de stabilit\u00e9 et de flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 ses clients. La nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 H\u00fcbner KTB GmbH op\u00e9rera dans trois secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 strat\u00e9giques: l\u2019automobile, les articles sanitaires et les biens de consommation. Outre l\u2019accroissement de la part de march\u00e9, ce regroupement des forces se traduira aussi par la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019accepter des volumes de commandes nettement plus importants. Qui plus est, l\u2019offre technologique plus large permettra de proposer des prestations r\u00e9pondant encore mieux aux besoins des clients. La fusion contribuera aussi \u00e0 diversifier plus largement le portefeuille de client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Continuit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et opportunit\u00e9s int\u00e9ressantes de croissance<\/strong><br>L\u2019extension des ateliers de production \u00e0 trois usines de galvanisation accro\u00eet la continuit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle. Outre l\u2019orientation principale commune sur les produits de plastique galvanis\u00e9s et la construction d\u2019outils, les deux entreprises am\u00e8neront des savoir-faire sp\u00e9cifiques dans le partenariat: si H\u00fcbner apporte notamment des connaissances sp\u00e9cifiques dans le domaine du d\u00e9p\u00f4t physique en phase vapeur (PVD), KTB peut en particulier se pr\u00e9valoir d\u2019une grande exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine de la technologie laser.
