(31.03.2021: CHF 1\u2019059 mios). La valeur nette d\u2019inventaire par part passe de CHF 139.97 (apr\u00e8s distribution) \u00e0 CHF 147.09, avec un taux d\u2019endettement de 24.51% (31.03.2021: 23.36%) et un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat moyen de 0.93%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le standard des immeubles et poursuivre l\u2019augmentation des loyers et la valeur des immeubles, le fonds continue d\u2019investir dans une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te et de d\u00e9veloppement de projets de construction et de sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation. Les travaux de r\u00e9novation int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs de 2 immeubles \u00e0 Grand-Lancy et La Tour-de-Peilz, ainsi que 2 projets de sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation des immeubles situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Meyrin et Bulle sont termin\u00e9s. Tous les projets de construction du fonds sont \u00e9galement achev\u00e9s. Ces diff\u00e9rents projets de construction repr\u00e9sentent un investissement total de CHF 97 millions et produiront CHF 5.3 millions de loyers suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de d\u00e9veloppement de la parcelle de Baar\/ZG, d\u00e9tenue en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 avec la Fondation de placement Patrimonium, se poursuit. Environ 350 appartements, des caf\u00e9s, magasins et restaurants sont pr\u00e9vus dans le quartier. Un permis de construire est attendu pour fin 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de transformation de l\u2019immeuble commercial situ\u00e9 au Chemin du Ch\u00eane 3-5 \u00e0 Renens\/VD est en cours de mod\u00e9lisation.
