Les fonds lev\u00e9s seront utilis\u00e9s pour financer des acquisitions immobili\u00e8res et de nouveaux projets de d\u00e9veloppement ainsi que pour r\u00e9duire le taux d\u2019endettement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La n\u00e9gociation des nouvelles parts commencera le 11.07.2025.
