Le total maximal de nouvelles parts est de 512\u2019814. Le prix d\u2019\u00e9mission est de CHF 136.74.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme annonc\u00e9 le 14 juin 2019, l\u2019augmentation de capital aura lieu en septembre. Dix-neuf (19) anciennes parts donnent droit \u00e0 deux (2) nouvelles parts au prix d\u2019\u00e9mission de CHF 136.74. Le prix de souscription est bas\u00e9 sur la valeur nette d\u2019inventaire au 31 mars 2019 de CHF 131.19 (apr\u00e8s distribution) par part augment\u00e9e des revenus courus et budg\u00e9tis\u00e9s jusqu\u2019au 27 septembre 2019 et de la commission d\u2019\u00e9mission de 2.00 % en faveur de la direction de fonds, de la banque d\u00e9positaire et\/ou des distributeurs. Les estimations des biens immobiliers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 actualis\u00e9es au 31 mars 2019 par les experts du fonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9mission est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sous la forme d\u2019un placement \u00e0 la commission (\u00abbest effort\u00bb) dans le cadre d\u2019une offre de souscription. Les droits de souscription seront n\u00e9goci\u00e9s \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange AG du 4 au 16 septembre 2019. Les parts non souscrites ne seront pas \u00e9mises, ce qui implique que le volume d\u2019\u00e9mission peut varier. La lib\u00e9ration des nouvelles parts aura lieu le 27 septembre 2019.
