“Comment d\u00e9finiriez-vous le march\u00e9 interm\u00e9diaire inf\u00e9rieur et quelle est son importance en termes de types d’entreprises cibl\u00e9es ?<\/em><\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Nous nous limitons aux march\u00e9s germanophones, avec environ 90 % de l’Allemagne et le reste de l’Autriche et de la Suisse. Les entreprises que nous ciblons ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un EBITDA compris entre 10 et 50 millions d’euros, avec un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 100 \u00e0 300 millions d’euros. Au-del\u00e0, lorsque les entreprises ont un chiffre d’affaires de 500 millions d’euros ou plus, nous consid\u00e9rons qu’il s’agit du march\u00e9 interm\u00e9diaire.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n
