Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette \u00e9mission, de nouveaux fonds d\u2019un montant de CHF 98&#8217;521\u2019512 millions sont disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec un rapport de souscription de 11 pour 2 (11 anciennes parts donnaient droit \u00e0 2 nouvelles parts) 749\u2019498 nouvelles parts avec un prix d\u2019\u00e9mission par part de CHF 134.10 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mises, soit un taux de souscription de 100%. La lib\u00e9ration des nouvelles parts a eu lieu le 9 juillet 2018. Ainsi, le nouveau nombre de parts en circulation se monte \u00e0 4\u2018871\u2019746. L\u2019augmentation de capital a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sous la forme d\u2019un placement \u00e0 la commission (\u00abbest effort\u00bb) dans le cadre d\u2019une offre de souscription avec droits cot\u00e9s.
